You will coach Beauty Advisors, build client relationships, analyze sales data, and collaborate with store leadership and vendors to deliver brand strategies and events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and expert product knowledge.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and drive development through outreach and follow-up.
• Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales results to grow business.
• Plan and execute in-store and vendor-led events to drive traffic and engagement.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
