Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Fragrance & Beauty Account Executive to drive Multi Brand Retail sales by educating and motivating store staff.

You will execute CHANEL business objectives, manage promotional programs, uphold brand image and lead talent development at the counter level. The role requires strong communication and coaching skills, travel about 25–30%, and the ability to lift 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Multi Brand Retail or retail environment.
• Willingness to travel ~25–30%
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop Multi Brand Retail sales through education and motivation of store staff.
• Execute CHANEL business objectives, promotional programming and brand image at store level.
• Recruit and develop Counter teams with succession planning.
• Plan and execute in-store events with Regional Director and Education colleagues.
• Manage budget and adhere to company policies.
