CHANEL seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Business Manager for its flagship location in the US. You will coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, while managing business objectives and partnerships with retail teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the boutique team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure operational compliance.
• Maintain boutique image and visual merchandising standards.
