Job summary

CHANEL in Los Angeles is seeking a Fragrance & Beauty Account Executive to grow Multi Brand Retail sales by educating and motivating store staff. You will implement business objectives, lead promotional programs, and uphold CHANEL’s brand image at the counter level.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fragrance/beauty or multi-brand retail, strong communication and coaching skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fragrance/beauty or retail
• Strong communication, coaching, and execution skills
• Experience in Multi Brand Retail and high sales volume

Responsibilities

• Execute CHANEL business strategies to achieve objectives.
• Regularly monitor retail sales and coach Counter teams to meet targets.
• Plan in-store events with leadership and partners.
• Develop client strategy and grow a loyal customer base.
• Uphold CHANEL brand image and visual standards.
• Recruit and develop Counter teams; onboarding for new hires.
