Job summary

Bloom is seeking a Sr./Fractional Recruiting Partner to work across a portfolio of clients, leading thoughtful searches from kickoff through hire, in a remote-first, contract role.

You will source creatively, manage candidate relationships, and advise founders and hiring leaders while maintaining a warm, inclusive candidate experience.

This flexible, remote position rewards autonomy and collaboration within the Bloom collective, with consistent communication and a focus on equity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple clients or engagements.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and manage multiple searches concurrently.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to craft proactive outreach.
• Experience partnering with founders and hiring leaders to define role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to hire across multiple clients.
• Translate client needs into effective search strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Proactively source and engage talent across multi-channel channels.
• Screen candidates thoughtfully and manage candidate experience with care.
• Provide clients with market insights and recruiting analytics.
• Collaborate with Bloom collective while managing client relationships.
