Gofractional is seeking a dynamic Fractional Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, executive, campus, and high-volume roles. This part-time, hybrid position offers flexibility to contribute across multiple projects while ensuring a streamlined hiring process that aligns with compliance and organizational goals.

You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, conduct thorough interviews, negotiate offers, and collaborate with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting including tech and high-volume hires.
• Strong negotiation and communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, UltiPro.
• Knowledge of employment and labor law in talent management.
• Experience sourcing via social media, cold-calling, and campus recruitment.
• Experience in onboarding, evaluation, relations, training, and succession planning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing, HR sourcing tools, and talent management software to identify top candidates
• Conduct thorough interviewing, candidate screening, and assessment to ensure the best fit for each role
• Negotiate employment offers and manage candidate relationships to foster positive experiences throughout the hiring journey
• Maintain compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal regulations across all recruiting activities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices, and support succession planning efforts
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms such as Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, or UltiPro to track applicant data and streamline recruitment workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting with a focus on technical recruiting, external recruiting, and high-volume hiring environments
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Paychex, UltiPro, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar ATS platforms
• Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent management and HR legal compliance
• Ability to source candidates through diverse channels including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and campus recruitment initiatives
• Experience in employee orientation, evaluation, relations, training & development, and succession planning processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Pay: $97.00 - $147.50 per hour
• Expected hours: 16.0 per week
• Job type: Part-time
