As an independent contractor, you’ll source and qualify GTM candidates, advising them through the hiring process and aligning with companies needing SDRs, AEs, and other GTM roles. This flexible role fits between engagements or alongside other work.

• Strong professional network in the tech industry.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
• Eligible to work in the United States; available for side work.
• Currently unemployed or in a role that allows side hustle.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and demonstrated ability to source top talent efficiently.
• Currently unemployed or in a role that allows for a side hustle.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
