Responsibilities include GAAP-compliant financial statements, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and tax coordination, with collaboration across the executive team to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, startup/high-growth experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budgets.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide insights to leadership on financial strategy and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage tax compliance, including coordination with external advisors.
• Support fundraising by preparing financial documents and assisting with due diligence.
• Collaborate with executive team to ensure financial efficiency and growth alignment.
