Job summary

Vaco has partnered with a growing company to seek an experienced Fractional Controller with strong full-cycle accounting and financial reporting expertise. This onsite role is based in Mesa, AZ near I-10 and Southern.

Responsibilities include managing full-cycle accounting for a $20M revenue organization, preparing monthly financial statements, performing reconciliations, and overseeing AP/AR/payroll. Start ASAP with pay rate of $30-$38 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager.
• Strong background in full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Experience preparing financial statements and performing reconciliations.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and general accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations for a $20M revenue organization.
• Prepare and review monthly and periodic financial statements.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities.
• Partner with leadership and serve as a key accounting resource alongside the existing Controller.
