OneLife Health & Performance in Palm Beach Gardens, FL seeks a fractional Controller to own payroll, provider compensation, monthly close, and reporting, while coordinating with the outside bookkeeper and CPA.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years as a controller in healthcare, proficiency with ADP and Excel, and the ability to build clear reports from EMR data. You will also manage licensing, compliance, and KPI dashboards for ownership and departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a controller or senior accountant, healthcare experience preferred.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience in ADP.
• Experience building provider compensation and incentive pay.
• Experience managing cash-pay and membership revenue (prepaid/ deferred).
• Ability to supervise outside bookkeepers and CPAs; maintain monthly close.
• Advanced Excel skills; report-building from EMR/membership exports.
• Backup coverage so payroll does not depend on one person.
• Discretion with financial and patient-related data.
• Licensing management experience with renewals/compliance deadlines.
• CPA or accounting/finance degree preferred; HR experience a plus.
