Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including healthcare accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial close, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Must reside in the Philadelphia metro area and be able to commute.
• Advanced Excel and healthcare accounting systems experience.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements and leadership-focused reports.
• Support healthcare revenue reporting and accounts receivable coordination.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and KPI reporting.
• Strengthen accounting procedures and financial controls across locations.
• Improve workflows and automation in accounting systems.
