Brixey & Meyer is seeking a CFO Services Senior Manager to help grow our fractional CFO practice and lead client engagements in Dayton, OH. This senior, client-facing role blends strategic financial leadership with business development to build lasting relationships and win new opportunities.

You will serve as a trusted financial advisor, guiding profitability, cash flow, forecasting, and operational improvements while expanding the firm's market presence through proactive engagement with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; MBA/MAcc preferred.
• CPA or CMA in good standing.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong client relationships, leadership, and business development.
• Working knowledge of accounting systems.
• Collaborative, hands-on professional who can manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and convert opportunities into engagements.
• Grow existing relationships and firm presence in the market.
• Serve as fractional CFO and strategic financial advisor to clients.
• Lead engagements and build long-term client relationships.
