Responsibilities

• Lead fractional CFO engagements and drive improvements across client finance functions.
• Develop dynamic financial models to support strategic planning.
• Provide financial leadership with budgeting and acquisition support.
• Create cash management and forecasting tools.
• Improve month-end closing, reporting and analysis.
• Lead due diligence and performance analysis for buy/sell activities.
• Build a sales pipeline for CFO services and collaborate with BD teams.
