B2B CFO® is seeking experienced CFOs to join as Partners, building their own fractional CFO practice across the USA from Virginia. You will leverage proven methodologies, systems, and support to attract and serve multiple clients while maintaining flexibility and professional autonomy.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, business growth, and planning for ownership transitions, with a path to create a resilient, scalable practice across markets.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO (or equivalent, e.g. VP of finance) in privately held US companies.
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners and prepare them for growth and exit.
• Develop and implement client acquisition processes to build a sustainable pipeline of engagements.
• Manage 4–8 client engagements concurrently with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Support the firm’s fractional CFO model and help clients maximize cash flow and profitability.
