Fractional CFO and accounting firm seeks an experienced CFO consultant who currently runs their own practice. You will join as a partner in a growing firm, handling end-to-end client relationships and overseeing delivery across teams.

• Extensive accounting/finance background.
• Currently running a solo or small CFO consulting practice with recurring revenue (roughly $200–300k+).
• Transferable client relationships and established benchmarks.
• Enjoys client-facing and strategic work and wants equity in growth.
• Willing to contribute to firm growth without building internal infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Partners own client relationships end to end: delivery quality, scope, and retention.
• Lead work through the three-tier model and oversee US ops and offshore delivery.
• Grow the firm by originating and expanding relationships and referrals.
• Refine practice group methodology and mentor the team while upholding standards.
• Absorb established relationships with equity earned on transferred work; shadow period applies.
• Ensure smooth ownership transitions when absorbing existing relationships.
