Qualifications

• Senior financial leadership experience, including prior CFO or equivalent roles.
• Proven ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
• A large professional network in your regional market.

Responsabilités

• Lead as the financial leader for a portfolio of ProCFO Partners SMB clients ($10M–$100M revenue).
• Execute ProCFO's service delivery standards, reporting cadences, and engagement frameworks.
• Partner with business owners to strengthen financial decision-making, cash flow, and growth strategy and build the infrastructure needed.
• Report monthly on client outcomes, framing the value delivered and communicated at each engagement.
• Collaborate actively with fellow ProCFO CFOs through peer forums and ongoing training.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with both clients and the internal ProCFO team.
