Qualifications

• Senior financial leadership experience, including prior CFO or equivalent roles.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with business owners and leadership teams.
• Strong ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
• A large professional network in your regional market.
• Coachable, process-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial drive.
• Curiosity about emerging tools and technologies, including AI.
• Must be based in Long Island, NY.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial leader for a portfolio of ProCFO Partners SMB clients ($10M–$100M revenue).
• Execute ProCFO's service delivery standards, reporting cadences, and engagement frameworks.
• Partner with business owners to strengthen financial decision-making, cash flow, and growth strategy and build the infrastructure needed.
• Report monthly on client outcomes, framing the value added, delivered, and communicated at each engagement.
• Collaborate actively with fellow ProCFO CFOs through peer forums and ongoing training.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with both clients and the internal ProCFO team.
