Rosie's People Limited in New York invites an experienced Fractional Business Development & Client Relationships Partner to expand the client portfolio across the United States and international markets. Based in New York, you will open doors, close opportunities and cultivate senior-level relationships with founders, CEOs and HR leaders in a remote-first, independent consultancy setup.

This role is ~10 hours per month with a flexible schedule, offering a monthly consultancy fee plus

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate and close new business.
• Experience selling to founders, CEOs, HR/People leaders or senior executives.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new commercial opportunities across New York, US and international markets.
• Build relationships with founders, CEOs, senior executives and other decision-makers.
• Generate new business across Rosie's People services and qualify opportunities.
• Negotiate and close commercially viable engagements.
• Maintain client relationships and support account development and cross-selling.
