Job summary

Rosie’s People is seeking an experienced Fractional Business Development & Client Relationships Partner in the San Francisco Bay Area to grow our US and international client portfolio. This remote-first consultancy offers ~10 hours per month with a guaranteed consultancy fee plus performance-based commissions.

You will open doors with senior decision-makers, develop opportunities across Rosie's People services, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to generate and close business in a B2B context.
• Experience selling services to founders, CEOs, HR/People leaders, senior executives.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new commercial opportunities in the SF Bay Area, US and international markets.
• Build relationships with founders, CEOs, senior executives and other decision-makers.
• Generate new business across Rosie's People services and qualify opportunities.
• Negotiate and close commercially viable business and manage client relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date pipeline and records and attend business development meetings.
