Job summary

Servant is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Engine Leader to design and build the next generation of our delivery organization. This executive role will architect an AI-first operating model, leveraging AI agents, automation, and orchestration to dramatically increase speed, quality, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Deep technical experience in AI systems, LLMs, and AI orchestration.
• Experience designing AI-first software delivery workflows or 'AI factory' models.
• Proven ability to transform engineering via automation and AI.
• Experience implementing AI across the software lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Architect Servant's AI-first delivery operating model from strategy to production.
• Define workflows, orchestration, and governance for AI-enabled delivery.
• Develop repeatable delivery frameworks using AI agents throughout SDLC.
• Create scalable processes reducing manual work while ensuring quality.
• Design and implement an AI factory moving ideas to production.
• Establish delivery patterns for small, high-impact teams.
