Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking an AI Delivery Architect to lead an AI-first software delivery transformation across the organization. You will shape the delivery model, establish governance, and drive initiatives from concept through production and support.

You will design an AI factory, automate planning through deployment, collaborate with engineering, product, strategy, and leadership, and guide scalability while managing ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Deep technical experience with AI systems, LLMs, agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, and modern software architecture.
• Experience designing AI-first software delivery workflows or AI factory operating models.
• Track record of transforming engineering organizations through automation and AI.
• Experience applying AI across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering.
• Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI technologies in enterprise environments.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution and operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Exceptional communication skills with executive and technical audiences.
• Experience implementing AI delivery models across multiple organizations (preferred).
• Background in software consulting or professional services, cross‑functional transformation leadership, automated engineering organizations, and responsible AI governance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement an AI-first delivery operating model.
• Design and implement an AI factory that integrates workflows from concept through production and support.
• Identify opportunities to automate planning, requirements, architecture, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Define scalable delivery frameworks and determine where human involvement remains essential.
• Evaluate AI platforms, agent frameworks, orchestration tools, and software delivery technologies.
• Partner with engineering, product, strategy, and delivery leaders to modernize processes and tooling.
• Assess existing delivery practices and define new roles, responsibilities, operating rhythms, and performance metrics.
• Advise executive leadership on AI strategy, delivery transformation, business value, and implementation roadmaps.
• Guide organizational change and develop a phased roadmap toward increasingly autonomous delivery capabilities.
