Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex software delivery in enterprises.
• Strong background in Java full-stack, cloud, API-driven architectures.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled features or AI/ML integration.
• Proven ability to partner with senior client stakeholders and multi-team programs.
• Deep Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery strategy and execution across enterprise software and AI programs.
• Partner with client leadership to align scope, priorities, and risks.
• Collaborate with Architects and engineers to ensure delivery-ready solutions.
• Build delivery roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Drive cross-team coordination and resolve blockers quickly.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Ensure CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure development practices.
• Communicate progress to executives with business-focused insights.
• Lead discovery, scoping, and solution framing sessions.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement across distributed teams.
• Mentor Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
