Job summary

etsllc is seeking a Frac Lead Operator III to manage hydration unit operations, oversee rig-in/rig-out, and troubleshoot issues to ensure safety and efficiency in demanding field conditions.

You will oversee suction valving, monitor tank levels, and support preventive maintenance while following company procedures and safety guidelines. Rotation schedules and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Proven ability to perform tasks from lower job classifications.
• Strong understanding of truck and equipment safety and maintenance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High personal integrity, strong work ethic, and composure under stress.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Hydration Operations: Direct and oversee the rig-in/rig-out of hydration units, ensuring safe and compliant rigging of suction and discharge hoses.
• Suction Management: Manage the suction side of hydration, ensuring water transfer meets demand and communicate promptly with the Data Van about any water supply issues.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues that may impact job quality on the spot.
• Preventative Maintenance: Ensure all preventive maintenance tasks completed as required.
