Job summary

Element Technical Services seeks a Frac Lead Operator II to oversee hydration unit operations, rig-in/rig-out, and troubleshooting while ensuring safety and preventive maintenance. Requires Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements and a strong, independent work ethic.

Role involves travel to off-site locations and working in varied outdoor conditions; candidates must have a good driving record and solid communication skills to coordinate with the Data Van and field teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Proven ability to perform tasks from lower job classifications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and composure under stress.

Responsibilities

• Direct hydration unit operations and oversee rig-in/rig-out per SOP.
• Manage suction side of hydration, coordinate water transfer with Data Van when needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and address faults impacting job quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.
