Job summary

etsllc is seeking a Frac Lead Operator I to oversee rig-in/rig-out of chemical additive units, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. You will troubleshoot issues, manage chemical valving, and supervise the chemical zone to protect personnel.

The role requires a Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements, strong safety awareness, and the ability to operate under high pressure while maintaining quality and compliance. Travel to off-site locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong safety knowledge and chemical handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to remain calm under stress.

Responsibilities

• Direct the safe rig-in/rig-out of chemical additive units per SOPs.
• Oversee the chemical zone ensuring PPE usage and safety protocols.
• Check valving and lines to prevent contamination; ensure pumps are not in a closed system.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance as required.
