Flying A Pumping Services, LLC is seeking an entry-level Field Engineer 1 to support hydraulic fracturing operations at the well site. You will provide technical assistance to the field team, gather real-time data, and help ensure safe, efficient fracturing activities.

The role involves fieldwork, data analysis, and collaboration with multiple teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with internships or co-ops in oilfield services valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Fracpro software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, monitoring, and execution of fracturing operations at the well site.
• Collaborate with field personnel to ensure equipment functionality and safety compliance.
• Record and analyze real-time data: pressure, flow rates, chemical usage.
• Use software tools to model fracturing processes and optimize performance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of fracturing equipment.
