Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a FRA Project Manager to support the delivery of Fire Risk Assessment remedials and passive fire protection projects across social housing and occupied residential properties. You will manage mobilisation, surveys, programming, installation and close-out, coordinating residents, contractors and site teams.

The role offers exposure to passive fire protection topics (fire stopping, doors, penetrations) and the opportunity to grow PM competencies within a specialist construction

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, property maintenance, social housing or related project environment.
• Some knowledge of passive fire protection or FRA works.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, residents and site teams.
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to visit sites and develop PM expertise.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple FRA remedial and passive fire protection projects to ensure safe, on-programme delivery.
• Assist with mobilisation, surveys, programming, installation, inspection and close-out.
• Coordinate operatives, surveyors, subcontractors, materials and site attendance.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, access issues and risks.
• Attend sites to monitor progress, quality and compliance.
• Maintain project programmes, trackers and action logs.
• Take increasing responsibility for individual projects and workstreams.
