Job summary

Foxconn System LLC in Lordstown, OH seeks a Maintenance Planning Specialist to optimize production by planning manpower, parts, and materials for PMs and projects. You’ll manage CMMS backlog, coordinate with Operations and Leads, and drive weekly scheduling and maintenance improvement initiatives.

Strong planning, data analysis, and cross‑functional teamwork are essential. Experience with CMMS, PMs, and equipment performance data helps ensure world-class uptime and reliable manufacturing output

Qualifications

• Backlog management for planned and unplanned work using CMMS.
• Ability to develop weekly PM schedules with Operations and Leads.
• Assist in maintenance improvements and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Maintains backlog of planned and unplanned jobs in CMMS.
• Develops weekly work schedule for PMs and planned work with Operations and Lead Technician.
• Drives weekly cross-functional scheduling meetings.
• Trains associates in CMMS usage and maintenance modules.
• Obtains and updates BOMs, spare parts, and equipment data for planning.
