Job summary

Crowley Maritime Corporation seeks an experienced Marine Cargo Supervisor / 2nd Mate or higher for FPSO operations. The role oversees cargo transfer, ballast management, mooring, and watch duties, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting.

The position requires current USCG credentials and offshore experience. Responsibilities include supervising subordinates, leading safety initiatives, and coordinating with Marine Master and Operations Supervisor to maintain LMS

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sea time in rank as a 2nd Officer or higher on Oil Tanker or FPSO.
• Good experience in risk assessment, permit to work, and instrument/mechanical isolation standards.
• Must hold a valid USCG MMC with a minimum of a 2nd Officer or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cargo transfer, storage, ballast management, and mooring operations.
• Perform vessel cargo and navigational watch duties and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead safety walks and promote safe work practices within teams.
• Prepare reports and maintain logs for cargo operations and vessel movements.
