Job summary

Crowley is seeking a Marine Cargo Supervisor / 2nd Mate or Higher for the FPSO Turritella. You will oversee cargo transfer, mooring, and ballast operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while performing navigation watches as required.

Required USCG MMC (2nd Officer+), Radar Observer, OICNW certification, and ISGOTT knowledge. Expect 28/28 rotation with comprehensive benefits and offshore duties.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid USCG MMC with a minimum of a 2nd Officer or higher.
• Radar Observer (Unlimited).
• Tankerman PIC – Limited to Dangerous Liquid (DL) Cargoes.
• Officer in charge of a navigational watch (OICNW) (II/1).
• ISGOTT and cargo operations knowledge are required.
• Vessel Personnel with Designated Security Duties & Security Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversees cargo transfer, storage, ballast management, and mooring operations.
• Performs cargo loading/offloading and maintains cargo systems safely.
• Ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and LMS adherence.
• Monitors weather, navigation, and bridge equipment during watch.
• Reports incidents and supports safety walk rounds with the team.
