Job summary

Golden SVCS, LLC seeks an experienced Training Instructor FPS for the National Capital Region (MD, DC and Northern VA). You will deliver FPS-approved training, conduct classroom and hands-on sessions, and ensure compliance with DHS/FPS standards.

Expect performance evaluation, documentation, and readiness support. Requirements include active Firearms Instructor Certification from NRA/DCJS/Maryland/SOMB, plus strong communication and the ability to lead both classroom and practical exercises.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

• Knowledge of DHS, FPS, and security training standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FPS-approved training courses per policies and procedures.
• Conduct classroom, hands-on, and scenario-based training for FPS personnel.
• Ensure compliance with DHS and FPS requirements.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Support mission readiness through instruction and coaching.
• Stay current on regulations and training methodologies.
