Job summary

Beehive Industries is located in Cincinnati, Ohio, and seeks a NDI Technician - FPI Level II to independently set up, perform, and document fluorescent penetrant inspections on aerospace hardware in accordance with NAS 410 and Beehive’s NDT practice. You will provide technical guidance to trainees and Level I personnel, develop work instructions when authorized, and ensure inspection records and nonconformance documentation are audit-ready in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; NAS 410 Level II training preferred.
• Must meet NAS 410 Rev 6 and Beehive approved NDT written practice.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform FPI/PT per procedures and customer requirements.
• Interpret indications and document results accurately.
• Maintain equipment calibration and process controls.
• Review codes, standards, drawings, and requirements for FPI work.
• Provide guidance to trainees and Level I personnel as allowed.
• Ensure records, traceability, and nonconformance documentation are audit-ready.
• Support audits and continuous improvement activities.
