Job summary

Beehive Industries, LLC in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an NDI Technician - FPI Level I to perform fluorescent penetrant inspection on aerospace hardware per NAS 410 and Beehive's NDT practices.

You will prepare parts, apply penetrants, conduct inspection steps, and document results with traceability, under supervision. This role requires attention to detail, PPE discipline, and collaboration with Level II/III personnel.

Qualifications

• Must have NAS 410 Level I training or equivalent per Beehive practice.
• Experience with fluorescent penetrant inspection concepts and controls.
• Ability to document inspection results with traceability.

Responsibilities

• Perform FPI/PT processing per instructions and customer requirements.
• Prepare parts, apply penetrant, dwell, develop, inspect, and post-clean as required.
• Document results and maintain traceability in quality records.
• Maintain inspection equipment and materials; ensure safe operations.
• Assist Level II/III personnel and support audits as needed.
