Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks an NDI Technician - FPI Level I to perform fluorescent penetrant inspection on aerospace hardware per work instructions and NAS 410 guidelines.

You will prepare parts, run pre-cleaning, penetrant application, dwell, developer, inspection, and post-cleaning steps while maintaining strict documentation and traceability. The role requires reliability and attention to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• NAS 410 Level I requirements met or capable
• 16 hours formal PT training and 130 hours experience
• Experience in aerospace inspection preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform FPI/PT processing per work instructions
• Prepare parts and complete pre-cleaning and developer steps
• Conduct equipment checks and detect out-of-tolerance conditions
• Document inspection results and traceability records
• Maintain materials and PPE per safety controls
