CesiumAstro in the United States is seeking an FPGA Verification Engineer II to join our team and help build verification and emulation infrastructure for space-grade digital designs. You will develop UVMf-based testbenches, create reusable VIP modules, mentor engineers, and collaborate with modeling teams to integrate DPI-C dataplane interfaces with MATLAB and Python models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in CS, EE, or CE required.
• Minimum 2 years of verification/automation industry experience.
• Knowledge of FPGA verification techniques including VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM/UVMf, DPI-C, TLM, and QEMU VIP.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to FPGA/digital design verification, simulation, and emulation infrastructure.
• Develop CI/regression testing infrastructure and ensure non-disruptive process improvements.
• Create reusable UVMf-based testbenches and VIP modules; integrate DPI-C with MATLAB/Python models.
• Mentor engineers on UVMf testbenches and modern FPGA methodologies.
• Collaborate with vendors and leadership to evolve verification processes.
