Collins Aerospace is seeking an FPGA Verification Engineer II in Fullerton, CA, to contribute to advanced defense solutions with SystemVerilog/UVM and VHDL verification. You'll design testbenches, write test plans, and ensure robust RTL validation aligned with mission-critical requirements.

Work with experienced engineers, provide technical guidance, and participate in project planning and estimates. Onsite role with relocation considerations and a focus on secure, high-performance FPGA

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 2+ years of FPGA experience.
• Active security clearance required.
• Experience with VHDL/Verilog RTL simulation.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog testbenches and UVM.
• Familiar with Git/Subversion control.

Responsibilities

• Develop verification environments using SystemVerilog/UVM.
• Create test plans, cases, and coverage metrics.
• Develop RTL testbenches in VHDL/SystemVerilog.
• Collaborate with design teams on FPGA validation.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead verification tasks.
• Contribute to project estimates.
