Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree or advanced degree with 7+ years in engineering leadership.
• Minimum 5+ years leading engineering teams in technical development environments.
• Experience with FPGA/ASIC development and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of FPGA engineers from entry to senior levels.
• Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and shared services to deliver FPGA solutions.
• Drive product strategy and engineering excellence across the FPGA lifecycle.
• Support business growth by contributing to proposals and pursuit efforts.
• Balance staffing and program execution while monitoring performance with EVM.
• Ensure compliance with Collins standards and drive process improvements.
