You will drive projects from planning through execution, coordinating across engineering, program management, and customers to deliver on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, customer engagement, and ensuring performance commitments while guiding design and development across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required for eligibility for security clearance.
• Experience managing technical projects including schedule, EV management, risk, and customer interactions.
• 2+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams and 2+ years in Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Engineering for FPGA/ASIC and Foundational Software programs to meet commitments.
• Provide project management direction during pursuit, planning, and execution phases.
• Track and report cost and schedule status.
• Ensure compliance with design plans and product requirements.
• Lead engineers across experience levels and coordinate stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% annually.
