Job summary

You will guide product strategy, ensure engineering excellence across the lifecycle, support proposals, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• STEM degree required with 10+ years experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams with mentoring, task delegation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in program execution, bidding, project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk & opportunity management.
• At least 5+ years experience with FPGA/ASIC development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing FPGA/ASIC engineering team.
• Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and shared services to deliver FPGA/ASIC solutions.
• Drive product strategy and engineering excellence across the FPGA development lifecycle.
• Support business growth through technical insight to proposals and pursuits.
• Balance staffing across multiple programs and monitor performance using EV management.
• Ensure compliance with Collins standards and regulatory requirements; drive process improvements.
• Travel up to 10% annually.
