Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – FPGA to join an Integrated Program Team supporting U.S. military programs in Marlborough, MA. You will design and develop FPGA RTL using VHDL/Verilog, drive timing closure, and integrate hardware across complex aerospace systems.

This onsite role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance. You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to program estimates and Agile activities.

Qualifikationen

• Requires STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Capture and translate requirements into FPGA/RTL architectures and designs.
• Develop RTL in VHDL/Verilog with timing closure and verification.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate FPGA solutions into larger systems.
• Follow established development processes and Agile practices; contribute to estimates and planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership where needed.
