Job summary

Google is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis professional to support Core Finance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, and modeling for AI Systems and AI Foundations, partnering with Core Finance, engineering, and leadership to optimize resources and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in quantitative field.
• 4 years of FP&A, consulting, or related function experience.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling in a multinational company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Core Finance, business units, and Accounting to ensure data integrity and identify risks/opportunities.
• Build and maintain models for forecasting, budgeting, variance tracking, workforce planning, scenario modeling, and cost allocations.
• Own end-to-end P&L and spend management for Core AI Systems and AI Foundations across MEC, AOP, and LRP cycles.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports with actionable executive insights; conduct value creation analyses.
• Streamline financial workflows and leverage AI to automate manual tasks.
