Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or a relevant advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Execute core FP&A processes to support front-line Finance teams.
• Analyze data to proactively unlock insights, identify trends, and uncover opportunities.
• Identify process improvements using AI to automate monthly activities.
• Be the partner to front-line FP&A teams, driving process efficiency through standardization.
• Support change management to ensure responsibilities and deliverables are clearly outlined for Hub and front-line Finance partners.
