Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years FP&A experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.
• Experience in multinational company settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Core Finance, business units, and Accounting to ensure financial data integrity and identify risks/opportunities.
• Build and maintain models for forecasting, budgeting, variance tracking, and scenario modeling.
• Own end-to-end P&L and spend management across MEC, AOP, and LRP planning cycles.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports with executive insights.
• Streamline core financial workflows using AI to automate tasks.
