Job summary

Google is seeking a senior FP&A leader in the US to drive capacity planning and financial analytics for AI initiatives. You will manage a portfolio addressing complex issues, guiding resource allocation, margin expansion, and sustainable growth across the business.

Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and education, with a competitive package that includes a bonus target and equity. This role offers a path to influence strategic priority setting and financial planning.

Qualifications

• 7 years of FP&A, consulting, or related function, or advanced degree.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling.
• Experience with programming (SQL).

Responsibilities

• Anticipate capacity constraints and implement efficiency gains.
• Develop P&L and Margin models for leadership.
• Create NPV and cash flow models for future platforms and benchmark products.
• Analyze performance and TCO for AI product SKUs to inform proposals.
• Partner with Cloud Product, Capacity, and Engineering on efficiency goals.
