Job summary

Unlimited Technology, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Senior Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for a fast‑growing, PE‑backed national security contractor. You will report to the CFO and partner with executives and project managers to drive insightful financial decisions.

The role offers high visibility, cross‑functional collaboration, and opportunities to lead a team as the company scales toward $250M in revenue, with fully remote work in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• Minimum six years of FP&A experience, including three years in a project-based, multi-branch service business as FP&A lead.
• Strong accounting foundation is required for this FP&A‑focused role.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and recurring forecasting cycles.
• Own internal and external financial reporting with efficient tools and dashboards.
• Support monthly close, including payroll analysis and travel expense review.
• Prepare and communicate financial data, investigate variances.
• Incorporate AI to streamline analysis and closing processes.
• Partner with VP of Sales for profitability and backlog analysis.
• Support PMs and GMs with multi-branch P&L insights.
• Liaise with Private Equity investors and aid for M&A targets.
