Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst for a remote role in the United States. You will support the U.S.

Glass segment by delivering reliable financial reporting and forecasting to the leadership team, partnering with operations to analyze performance and financials, and preparing quarterly earnings and monthly business reviews. You will own reporting at multiple levels, maintain key dashboards, and present insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field of study.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and projects such as quarterly earnings preparation and monthly business reviews.
• Weekly and monthly reporting with variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year at brand, region, district, and store levels.
• Maintain and update key departmental daily, weekly and monthly reports including weekly sales reporting, customer tracking, initiative tracking, Monthly close P&L updates, store P&Ls and related data.
• Translate business requirements into new reporting tools.
• Present financial analysis and forecasting to business partners weekly and monthly.
• Forecasting for expenses and annual budgeting for expenses.
