PurposeBuilt Brands is seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support planning, forecasting and reporting across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, modeling, and performance analysis to drive profitable growth.

The position offers hybrid work in Gurnee, IL, with opportunities to deliver actionable insights, collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and supply chain, and present to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in relevant analytical roles in Finance.
• Proficiency with Excel, Access and SQL.
• Experience in financial modeling and best-practice deployment.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecasts and long‑range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, contribution and profitability.
• Partner with leaders to understand assumptions, risks and opportunities impacting financial performance.
• Track and report key financial and operational performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses and management presentations.
• Analyze actual results against budget, forecast and prior year performance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
• Develop expertise with Syspro ERP.
