Job summary

Binswanger Glass is seeking a Director of Finance to lead FP&A, budgeting, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting across a multi-site organization. You will partner with the CFO, CEO, and business-unit leaders to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth.

You will own 13-week cash flow forecasting, long-range projections, board materials, and presentations to executives and the private equity sponsor. Remote-friendly, with a Memphis base for corporate office coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA or master's in Finance/Accounting preferred.
• Significant progressive finance experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Own rolling 12-month three-statement model and 13-week cash flow forecasting.
• Oversee GAAP-compliant financial reporting and board materials.
