TetraScience, Inc. is seeking a senior FP&A leader to own the company’s financial model end-to-end and partner with the CFO on planning, forecasting, and leadership-wide decisioning.

You will run the monthly close, manage variance analysis, and lead weekly cash forecasting while driving automation through AI workflows. You will coordinate leadership cadence, collect cross-functional inputs, and publish concise, decision-ready reporting for executives and the board.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in FP&A, corporate finance or consulting in high-growth tech
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or quantitative field; MBA/CFA/CPA welcome
• Expert financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets; three-statement + scenarios
• Fluent with SaaS metrics: ARR, ACV, NRR, GRR, CAC payback, burn
• Hands-on AI fluency; able to describe built workflows and outputs

Responsabilités

• Own the financial model end-to-end; maintain and augment with AI assistant layer
• Run monthly flash and month-end close post-Accounting close
• Own PAVRR process for financial data and variance analyses
• Support global resource planning; reconcile headcount against actuals
• Lead quarterly planning cycle; collect exec inputs and publish variance reporting
• Coordinate TL T leadership cadence; publish agenda and pre-reads
• Partner with HR, Recruiting, IT and Marketing on budgets and comp
• Publish budget-versus-actual P&Ls for G&A, R&D and Delivery
• Produce weekly cash forecast and KPI reporting
• Support lender/investor reporting and data-room diligence
