Job summary

S&S Activewear, a leading North American, tech-enabled distributor, seeks a Manager of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across key business areas. This high-visibility role partners with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Operations and Accounting to drive performance and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will mentor analysts, improve reporting tools, and deliver decision-ready insights with clear, concise storytelling for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Five to seven years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or similar credential is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for assigned functions.
• Partner with leaders to align plans with strategic objectives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with KPI trends.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to improve visibility.
